Travel Survival Kit.
A couple of years ago, my friend bought me this book, and recently I was reminded of it and pulled it off my bookshelf. The Girlo Travel Survival Kit is written by Anthea Paul, from where else but the lovely northern beaches of Sydney, Australia. How perfect is that?! She started this best-selling and award winning series called Girlosophy, and there are 8 books in the series. What I love most about her books is that you can open them up to any page and start from there. It uses "big sister advice" and un-manipulated photos to make reading it fun and entertaining. Not only do I love the inspiring quotes on every page and wonderful travel photography, but the advice in this book is useful for before, during, and after your trip. Whether you are going on a random road trip with your friends or planning a move to a brand new country like me, this book is perfect for all trips. Essentially, it is all the information you need to know and want to know, but no one ever tells you! It is funny, witty, and an adventure in itself. I would say this is my perfect book. I am so happy that I remembered I had it, and I can't wait to use it on my journey to the wonderful land of OZ. I can't believe I only have two weeks left until I leave! It all seems so surreal to me.
