One of my New Years Resultions that I made last year was to "take my vitamins." I love them, and they love me. Of course, it is very important to me to make sure that I am taking the appropriate amounts. The following regimen is specific to my lifestyle. If I have learned one thing in 2010, it is the importance of staying healthy both mentally and physically. Until this year, I never understood the detrimental affects that stress can have on your physical health and how important it is to treat your body with the love and care it deserves. So, each of these have a purpose to keep my body healthy and happy as I continue on my journey.
