As you probably know, I am a breakfast fanatic. I believe all restaurants should have all day breakfast, and I don't understand why they don't. I for one am partial to waffles over pancakes, but Banana Moosh needs a light pancake to be wrapped in. I always make my pancakes/waffles chocolate chip because it just makes them so much better. One of my friends in Perth made these for me one morning, and it was the greatest breakky I could remember. Steph's Recipe for Banana Moosh: "It's so simple, literally just put a little butter in a pan and gently fry the banana until it goes a little transparent. Then you can add a dash or lemon juice and/or cinnamon if you like. Nom nom nom." Perfect for a Saturday Brunch! Also, try putting it inside crepes for a great dessert.
